Troubleshooting and FAQ

My progress is gone

  • Same browser? As a guest, progress lives in one browser on one device. Another browser, a private window or another phone starts empty.
  • Cleared your browser data? That erases guest progress. Restore it with Progress → Import progress if you have a backup.
  • Signed in? Sign in again on the Account page: your progress comes back from the account.

To never lose progress again, create an account (it syncs) or export a backup now and then.

My progress isn't on my other device

Check that you're signed in to the same account on both (the Account page says who you are). Sync runs a few seconds after you study and when you come back to the app, so open the app on the other device and give it a moment. If you studied offline, the first device needs to go online once to send it.

The Google button doesn't work

  • Inside Instagram, LINE, TikTok and similar apps, Google blocks sign-in. Open the site in Chrome or Safari.
  • If you closed the Google window, just press the button again.

The app looks out of date

If you see A new version is ready, press Refresh. If not, close every tab of the app (or the installed app) and open it again.

A page says "Something went wrong"

Press Reload first. If it keeps happening, Clear local data and reload starts the app fresh on this device. That erases guest progress on this device, so export a backup first if you can. Signed in, your progress comes back from your account.

A PDF won't open offline

Each PDF is saved for offline use the first time you open it. Open the ones you'll need while you're online.

The Class Drive won't load

  • "Sign in to open the class Drive": it's for signed-in students.
  • "The class Drive isn't connected": the site hasn't been set up with a Drive folder yet.
  • "Couldn't load the class Drive": check your connection and try again; if you've opened it before, the last copy still shows.

Alfond doesn't answer

  • Offline: Alfond needs a connection.
  • "Isn't switched on": the site hasn't been set up with an AI provider.
  • Allowance used up: the free daily allowance resets at 07:00 WIB.
  • Slow: the free AI can take up to a minute to start answering.

My streak broke, but I studied

Streak days run on UTC: in Indonesia (WIB) a day runs from 07:00 to 07:00. If you studied after midnight but before 07:00, it counted towards the day before.

My exam ended by itself

When the timer runs out, the exam is submitted with the answers you gave. Unanswered questions count as wrong.
