Timed exams
The Exam section has timed practice exams for each block. They feel like the real thing: one clock for the whole paper, and (if you choose) no feedback until you hand it in.
Choosing an exam
- Open Exam and pick your block.
- If the block has several exam packages (for example past papers from different years or sources), pick one. A block without packages gets an exam drawn from its subjects' quiz banks.
- Choose a mode:
- Real exam mode: no feedback until you submit, like the real thing.
- Instant feedback mode: see the correct answer and explanation after each question.
- Press Start exam.
An exam has up to 100 questions and gives you 1 minute per question, so a 64-question paper runs 64 minutes.
During the exam
- Answer with a tap or A–E (1–5), and move with ← → or the navigator.
- Flag for review marks a question to come back to. The navigator shows which questions are answered and which are flagged.
- The timer turns red in the last 2 minutes. When time runs out, the exam is submitted as it stands.
- Submit exam now hands it in early. If questions are unanswered or flagged, you're asked to confirm first.
An exam isn't saved part-way, so sit it in one go.
Afterwards
- Your score, with every question explained in the full review.
- Retake missed only runs a short timed round of just the ones you got wrong.
- Each package keeps a score history, and your mock scores appear on the exam plan, where they count towards readiness and the projected exam score.
About the past papers
Past-paper questions are only for practice inside the app. They aren't searchable and never appear on public pages.
